We believe that livestock should be allowed to freely roam open air pastureland where it can graze throughout the year and then onto Grain for 120 days, in this process our beef heards are managed by professional Cattlemen at the Nolans grain lot. Our knowledgeable and experienced team individually hand-select all of the pork, beef and lamb, and then ensure its longevity and freshness by containing it in a vacuum-pack.
