Grain-fed Pork

All of our pork is grain-fed, female, under 5 months of age, and comes from the Darling Downs, Kingaroy or Byron Bay regions. The meat is from pigs that have been fat scored to 12mm, to give the optimum balance between lean meat, moisture and flavour.
